Starting to add some wood to the house
We made all the doors and openings "Middleton Sized" - all 2' 6" doors were made 2' 8" or 3' and we made all cased openings at least 3' wide
Tyvec housewrap is used on all exterior surfaces to stop the wind and elements.
There are metal plates in the two story panels to make sure they are strong enough.
Windows, Windows Everywhere
There are great views from the double sized windows in the Master Bath and berdoom.

There are cathedrial ceilings in the master bedroom and sitting room and tray ceilings in all bedrooms and master bath
We added copper to some of the roofing areas to add character
We used only the highest quality windows and doors from Anderson and ThermaTru including some very impressive 8 foot tall and extra wide doors.
The front door had to be extra special. At 8 feet tall and an antique wood finish the main door will be a special addition.
We wanted the most usable basement possible so we wanted a very large walkout to allow as much light as possible in and have easy route to the large backyard.
